my uncle, NAME a retired and disabled veteran residing in Sterling, Cayuga County. In January, he requested service for his water heater, and a technician arrived on February 4th. Upon arrival, the technician immediately provided an invoice, which my uncle, in a state of urgency, paid. Unfortunately, the technician charged for a commercial unit but installed a substandard unit incorrectly, leaving the system inoperable.
