My son won an instagram contest to purchase an expensive pair of shoes for $100 instead of full price, which he has done in the past. We sent the instagram user the $100 through zelle and our address to send the shoes. the user then ghosted my son and I and cut off all contact. Zelle will not refund my money, nor will my bank.
