I got scammed into buying the Blaux portable AC cooler because I never saw infomercials for the original Artic Air portable AC coolers, and I never heard of "swap coolers" or evaporator coolers. I know you can buy fans or air conditioners. I never knew people could buy evaporator coolers. Strange I was getting e-mails about the Air Cool portable AC coolers, but I didn't buy the Air Cool portable AC cooler. I bought the Blaux portable AC cooler. Whatever reason I decided to search online to see if can find anything better than the Air Cool portable AC cooler. There appears to be a scam out there for portable AC coolers that all cost the same price but have different names like Air Cool, Blaux, Arctos, Breeze Max, Evapolar, Briza, Blast!

First problem is I ordered the Blaux one month before I received it in the mail. I put a dispute with my credit card company Discover card because I didn't receive the Blaux within an average two weeks of time. I didn't get the Blaux in the mail till I called up the company to say I ordered the Blaux one month ago and I still haven't received it in the mail. I'm worried I will pay a credit card bill for merchandise that I haven't received in the mail. I thought my problems were over when I received the Blaux within mail. I didn't feel my credit card company Discover card gave me good advice on how to file a dispute with a company. I've had all four Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. I've never filed a dispute with any credit card company before I purchased the Blaux. I didn't take into consideration that I should see if I like my merchandise before I cancel my dispute with Discover. I cancelled my dispute too soon and I'm a highly disappointed Discover card couldn't make any exceptions for me since I didn't make a habit of disputing my purchases.

The second problem was I didn't get my money back for returning the Blaux portable AC cooler. I followed all the directions. I decided I wasn't satisfied with the Blaux coolers. It was a joke that my Blaux coolers could only work if I was able to attach the USB cord to my laptop computer, as if somebody was saying we know you could've only known about the Blaux from googling online. I had to return the Blaux within thirty days after I received my merchandise. I can't believe brick and mortar stores are going out of business. It was expensive to use United States Postal Service to return the Blaux coolers by mail. I spent at least $25.00 at USPS to return the Blaux by mail. I was able to return the Blaux two weeks after received it by mail and I never got my money back! I made many calls between Discover card and the Blaux company. One Discover card representative made a huge effort to call the Blaux company by phone to verify I was going to get my money back for returning the merchandise by mail. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Blaux is not an honorable company. I wouldn't recommend the Blaux portable AC coolers to anyone!

I ordered 3 portable air conditioners in May. My credit card was charged same day. I did not receive an email confirmation. I did not receive the product. I called the company in August. They claimed it was shipped to the wrong address and returned in June and they would ship the product out immediately. They did not. I called company again to cancel the order and refund my money. They would not do this. Said I would have to dispute it with my credit card company. This company is a total SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They would not refund my money but were quick to charge my credit card. BEWARE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

ON 7-16 I ordered two units for !148.93. When I realized how long it would take to receive it, I cancelled my order, same day 7-16. I asked for a refund. On 8-1 i started emailing them about my refund. On 8-6 I received refunds for the filter and warranty. No refund for the $148.93. They then told me they had also refund the $148.93 on 8-6. I took copies of my bank statement from 8-1 to 9-1 to prove they didnot refund. Now they are saying " We have sent you a tracking number I need to track it. How am I suppose to track a tracking record from them. I did talk to my bank, and they laughed when I told them about it. If anyone out these ever gets there money back please let me know how. Myhusband and I havent worked since 3-17, and because of our age we are going to have a hard time finding work. God bless, Vandy

Followed ad on Facebook. Researched and positive reviews from reputable sources which I now know were paid for same including video testimonies. Numerous ads kept popping up over period of a few months. From comments now on Facebook which were minimal when ad appeared, all confirm the same scam that I encountered. This is not a portable AC unit as described and is false advertisement-- is not battery operated, does not cool a room large or small in minutes, not an AC unit in any way, shape or form, requires a USB connection, units received did not match units in advertisement. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone and there are three(if not more) names, websites, email addresses and physical addresses. #1Order confirmation states Prestige Alliance Limited 48 Bi-State Plaza #617, Old Tappan, NJ 07675 Email: [email protected], phone United States and Canada (Toll Free): 855 378 9408. #2 Return address on box received states Think Tech Sales 415 Hamburg Turnpike Wayne NJ 07470 and was first notice of a tracking # which they state at time of purchase would be provided. Return policy on Ads and website conflicts with order confirmation. Ads and website state 100% satisfaction guaranteed and no hassle return however no instructions on how to return or address-- again can't reach anyone in customer service by email, phone, IM.

Sent me an artic air ac instead of a product they supposedly sell. I wouldn't purchase anything from this website. When customer service prompted to help me i ask for a refund then they stopped messaging me. They are reluctant to serve you until you ask for a refund.

Ordered on July 3, 2020, was sent an e-mail that said to allow 30 days because of the coronavirus. Received an email last week that said it should be shipped by August 21. Still haven't received a confirmation of shipment or anything. I've sent emails to the support address given asking for my money back, but still no response. Beginning to think it's a scam and I've been dupped. Would be nice to have the money back.

Ordered mini AC on June 25, 2020. My credit card was billed $98.94 on June 26, 2020. Received email with order confirmation on June 27, 2020 that stated once the "package is on its way, we'll send you an email with all the shipping details." I never received that email. I sent an email to [email protected] on August 10, 2020. No response. I called the phone number for North America on August 19, 2020 and spoke with a female named Sinrat who advised me that my order went out yesterday and it was being shipped by DHL. She said when they get the tracking info they would email it to me. It it now August 21, 2020 and I have not received an email with tracking information.

I ordered a Blaux Portable AC with water curtain on June 26, waited 40 days, asked for communication, no reply. No shipping notice. Further sign it's a scam -- the emails keep coming on their products. A reputable company would have shut those down if they were in the midst of a shipping crisis. Total extracted from my account, including ATM fees was $115.07.

Ordered this product in mid-June. Was told two weeks until delivery. Credit card was charged that day. STILL have no tracking number. Have sent numerous emails, have tried calling customer service number (just disconnects every time). Website still says if product is ordered today it will ship in two weeks. I have been waiting almost two months. Do not think product exists. Requested refund via order number on their website, credit card has not been refunded.

Still haven't got it in over a month Ana called twice, first call hung up, second said to wait a few weeks, i asked if they were selling products they don't have she said she had them, so all my other packages came within a week. whats the matter with this company.

I ordered the AC unit online July 6. My card was charged that day but I have not even received a confirmation or shipping notice yet (Aug. 4). I have tried to email and call support many times but only once received a reply telling me to be patient and promising delivery within a time that still hasn't happened. I'm attaching that email.

I was seeing ads all over social media for the Blaux portable air conditioner. I ordered mine on 6/26/20 and was charged $98.94. It's now August and I have received zero communications from them. I found them on Facebook and told them to refund my order but they are insisting they give me a discount toward a future purchase!!! There were A LOT of other people in that thread who had also placed orders months ago and haven't received anything. This is a total scam.

I saw an ad for a portable air-conditioning unit and was in need of such a thing. It claimed to be able to cool a whole room. I did eventually get the units after a long wait, but with the pandemic, that wasn't a surprise. They are basically a mini-swamp cooler (not air conditioner), and they do NOT cool a whole room. Also, a unit I tried worked for about 1 hour and then stopped working properly. Their site says no hassle returns, but there is no way to figure out how to make that return happen, and their phone number says it will transfer you to a rep, but then you just get a follow-up service survey, but no service was given. It sounded too good to be true, and it was. Lesson learned.

This company is promoting it's portable A/C unit on the internet, TV commercials, etc. Supposedly, you can get them at Lowes, Walmart, Target, etc. however, I was not aware of that when I saw the advertisement pop up while I was online working.

I ordered the portable A/C unit online. I was to get the first one for $79.99 and the second one at 50% off $39.99, making the total purchase $139.98. This was on June 17, 2020. I was informed when I received confirmation of my order that I would be getting a tracking number so I could follow my order.

It is now July 28, 2020, and I have neither received the product I ordered and paid for (they were quick to get their money from my charge charge), nor the tracking number for the order to be able to follow it's progress. I have sent five (5) emails requesting the tracking number and/or status update for my order. Have received no response as all of the emails are bounced back indicating the email addresses I have ([email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]) all come back as invalid.

The order confirmation email came from the email address [email protected]; however, when I responded back asking for the tracking number, I got the first notification that it was an invalid email address.

I have no idea what else to do in order to either get the A/C units I purchased in good faith or get my money back. I would not, however, advise anyone to deal with this company or purchase anything from them, at least not online. If you can find the product in a brick & mortar store, that would be the ideal option, but not purchasing anything from them online.

Ad was on the internet for Portable AC units.I Purchased three for a total of $213. Purchase was made approximately one month ago. Never got my AC units. Three telephone calls resulted in hang ups. Never got through to anyone. Never received anything.

I ordered a portable A/C over a month ago and have not received any shipping information. I emailed the company for an update and have not received a response.

This company is advertising this for $90 and is a blatant rip off of the Arctic Air cooler which retails for about $30-$40 USD. This company is selling it for $90 USD and lies about the product and the product is most defiantly a generic bootleg product from a Chinese manufacturing company.

I purchased 3 Blaux portable ac units online at their website. I researched the product and everywhere I went I saw positive reviews. That was on June 28, 2020. It is now July 21, 2020 and no product. I have written emails to no avail. I have called them and when I chose my option number, was directed to a survey. This is a very organized scam! I used my credit card and hope to recover my losses. Isn't there something that someone can do to close this place down? I learned they originated from Pakistan. Everywhere I go on the web, I see the Blaux ads and they are just getting more & more frequent. I hope other people will check with the ScamPulse.com before ordering from this scam. I wish I had!

I ordered a Blaux for my Dad using his Email and Credit Card on June 12th. We did not receive a confirmation of the order at all. After 3 weeks tried calling the number from the website and it said "High volume of calls, please send email" so that's what I did. We received no response, so 2 days ago I emailed them again-no response and the debited my dads account for the product (we only ordered one) the same day for $98.94 and he also received a foreign currency charge. Not sure where to go from here?
