Saw an ad on You Tube for a portable A/C and I purchased portable air conditioner and paid with bank card $98.94 and it was never delivered. Company is QUALITYPE in New Jersey. No contact info available. Reported to my bank. Looked up info on website and saw that there were numerous complaints for the same item. A fraud and a scam, so how can I get my money back? Can anyone help?

Living in Florida, we saw advertisement on a news website for " portable AC unit"..

We ordered 2 and a filter on JUNE 23, 2020...

Its August 5.. and still no AC units. I called on July 23, they blamed it on covid, said it would arrive on Aug. 3. Called Aug. 3, said covid shipping issues.. due August 16.

I explained the rest of the world doesnt have any issues shipping. Sad thing is.. they are saying the warehouse is in New Jersey..

We could have driven to NJ to get it several times in 6 weeks.
