A video shown on Facebook of a small child deemed to be a genius who invited a way to cool air with a small cube unit with water was displayd in the facebook feed. There was a link to purchase the product with 50% off. The link took me to payment page through paypal to enter credit card/debit card info, dated June 16th, 2020. Now, it is July 9th and the product has not arrived and there is no way to contact the company, no email or name of person. All attempts to google the company has proved fruitless. When researching further we found that we are not the only one who has had similar complaint.
