I ordered Blast Auxilary Portable AC Ultra unit on 6-21-21. I received a tracking number. The tracking number never showed anything. I contacted support in August and they assured me it would be delivered the next day. That was a lie and the tracking number still didn't show anything. I contacted them again and they "reordered the unit" and refunded $35 to me. Since then I have contacted them 10 times. They finally sent a message that because of covid things were taking longer. I continued to request a refund. Finally today I received a message that they won't issue me a refund because it's been more than 180 days. Instead they said they were going to issue me a store credit at https://www.dfydaily.com/ Really? Why would I want to do anymore business with them. I have never received the product I ordered.

They are selling a portable ac unit. It Seemed cool so I order it then I never received a order confirmation email, so I talk to their support and they said my oder was declined when my credit card was charged. I still haven't received the item I bought and they claim my order was canceled when I was charged showed them I was charged
