We purchased a BLAST AUXILIARY Portable AC for $98.94 on 6-3-21. It came and was clearly not as advertised and did not do what was promised. When I looked into returning the item, there were 3 steps in returning items. The third step states:"Products must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service." When I attempt to contact "customer service" I get a message that says "Oops... This page doesn't exist." I had checked the ScamPulse.com prior to buying and nothing was listed under "BLAST AUXILIARY AC". When I received the item and checked the return address company name "THINK TECH SALES, LTD" there were complaints.
