I sent her $290 on cashapp for a wig, waited over 2 months and never received the wig. During those 2 months I would check in for an update on when my package would be delivered via text and thru dms on Instagram. She went MIA, and would ignore me for days sometimes weeks. She finally said she would refund me on april 9th. But never did, she started to ignore me again when the date came and it's now the 19th. Today when I messaged her via text and on Instagram she blocked me. Please help! I'm also not the first person she has scammed
