Ordered a DeWalt MONSTER PALLET for $99.99. I got a $2.00 small screw driver with about 6 bits. When I contacted them through email and they guoted the saying from Forest Gump "life is like a box of chocolates you never no what you are going to get". So I texted back and said I wanted my full refund that they quaranteed one their website a 100% 30 day money back quarantee if not satisfied so they offered me a 5% refund for product. They told me that's why it's was called a mystery box because you never know what your going to get and the next time I order a mystery box I might get what I want you never know. After a couple more text the last one they sent they offered me 15% refund and I needed to pay for the shipping to send back and it would cost me at least 20 USD to ship and they said so it wasn't really worth it on my part and to text back and let them know if I except their offer it was the best thing for me. Plus after purchasing the product there was two other transaction on my debit card that I did not make one was paid and the other was declined. Haven't heard back from them after my last text telling them I didn't except their offer and I want a full refund.
