This company is scamming businesses and preying on them by bullying practices, harassment, and fraudulent measures to con businesses. They never perform any services except charging your credit card monthly and never answer to questions nor produce any results. They are con artists, charlatans and only interested in getting your credit card. BE AWARE and check out all the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. We are considering a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against all their employees and principals. During the pendency of the supposed service agreement, no services were provided to our client and no results obtained. We have attempted to reach Dandy MULTIPLE times to discuss why it was not doing anything while charging a significant monthly fee were unsuccessful for MONTHS. We were not able to reach a single customer support representative at DANDY for months. As a result, we terminated the agreement. Equally unconscionable is the Dandy service agreement, which violates innumerable provisions of California and federal laws. The contract is unconscionable and adhesive. Therefore, it is void ab initio.

The contract was invalid and has been TERMINATED as of the date of our client’s last payment to dandy.com but they keep bullying and harassment and making further attempts to scam us by using a charlatan, name ADAM DAVIS who is a con artist scammer.

At this time, we have our card charged for hundred of dollars to Dandy for nothing of value provided to date and nothing expect threats to send us to collection which will force us into a class action lawsuit to expose DANDY and warn the public. They have dozens of complaints on ScamPulse.com and multiple 1 star reviews. BE WARNED AND RUN

Dandy’s predatory practices also constitute unfair competition under California law and may be deemed a violation of the Federal RICO statutes, among other statutory and common law business torts.
