Ordered online two outdoor heaters on Dec. 2nd. Never received a confirmation email, invoice, delivery tracker. Called on Dec 24th to see where the products were and was told "they are on the truck to be delivered today." Never delivered. Called in January and was told "they are on the truck to be delivered today or tomorrow." After the initial two calls no one was picking up the phone and I left several messages.
