I ordered 4 products under 3 separate orders from this company for a total of $143. I got order confirmations, as well as, shipment confirmations with a tracking number for a company called Yun Express. When you click on the tracking number link a site called TrackDog comes up and says, "Shipment information received." I waited several days to see when my shipment would send, but there was never a change. I had ordered from what I thought was this company before and the shipment took about 6 weeks, so I was not alarmed when I didn't see the change in status. As I got closer to Christmas, I reached out to the company via email and did not receive a response. I have now sent an additional email (Feb), but again, no response. Found a phone number on my bank statement, (805) 519-7263, and tried to call it, but it just rings and eventually hangs up. I think this company might be out of business, but still accepted my order. Too bad I will not see the products or a refund of $143. Don't get caught up in this scam.
