In contacted Blackjet Gaming on Facebook market place on December 10th 2021 to purchase an Xbox Series X for my kids for Christmas. The seller guaranteed 100% satisfaction guaranteed on my purchase of a brand new factory sealed Xbox Series X for $600, with free 48hour shipping anywhere in the United States. I had to wait until December 15th 2021 to purchase, because that’s when I got paid. I paid Blackjet gaming through their preferred method of payment through CashApp. They got their $600 and immediately sent me a receipt and a bogus tracking number. The next day I got a call from Blackjet Gamings shipping company ProCourier that my package would be on hold until I pay the shipping company a refundable $400 for shipping insurance. Right then I knew we had been scammed. I immediately messaged Blackjet gaming through Facebook messenger and told them of the situation and he told me to calm down and he would pay it and that my Xbox Series X would arrive December 17th 2021 no later than 5pm. I notified him again that my package was still on hold. Then Blackjet gaming store blocked me on Facebook Messenger, blocked me on their phone and ProCourier did the same to me as well. I called both companies from another phone line and only Blackjet would answer my call, he pretended to be concerned and asked for my order number. I have him my order number and Blackjet said just a moment and hung up on me and preceded to block me after that conversation. Blackjet has not given me my order or a refund and it’s been over a month. My wife called Blackjet and pretended she was a new customer and they tried to pull the same scam with her. They are not good people to steal $600 from a family of 6 during Covid in which my wife and I just got back to work after 1 1/2 years. We really need help and want to expose their fraudulent activities. They are online and keep changing their Google Phone numbers to continue a joint scam with ProCourier. They are also on Facebook Market place and we tried to get them removed and Facebook won’t remove them. Please help. Again we did not receive the item or a refund so I am just attaching the fake receipt they gave us.

On 12/10/2021, I was contacted through Facebook Messenger by Blackjet Gaming Store asking if I would like to purchase a xbox x series. I told them I would get back to them. I looked up their website and saw they had a store location and website which appeared reputable with other buyers comments of satisfaction with their purchase. On 12/13/2021, I contacted blackjet gaming store through messenger and asked about purchasing an xbox series x. They stated it would be $600 and free shipping. They accepted payment through zelle. I paid them $600. They told me I would receive a tracking number shortly with the shipping parties information. I received a text with a tracking number and the shipping parties information, Pro Courier Express. The next day, I received a text from Pro Courier explaining that they needed $400 for insurance that would be reimbursed upon delivery to me by the courier. I contacted Blackjet Gaming Store and they agreed this was accurate. I paid Blackjet another $400 due to the courier having issues with accepting payment. On 12/18/21 after asking for days about where my package was, I received a message from the courier explaining that my package was stuck at the Pittsburgh Airport awaiting a city transit stamp due to covid. They asked for $300 that again would be reimbursed upon delivery. I contacted Blackjet Game Store and they agreed it would be reimbursed. On 12/20/21, I tried to contact the courier multiple times, to learn my number was being blocked. I contacted Blackjet Gaming Store both through messenger and phone with no response. I am out 1300, no x box for my son for Christmas due to an elaborate scam. Blackjet also blocked me from their website so I can not report to others looking at their site that they are running a scam. I have all the messages as well as all the receipts for money. Please do not give them or Pro courier any money. They are running a scam.
