Dear Blackdy Customer Support,
I am writing to formally request a refund for my order # B********7 which I placed on Jan 25, 2025. It has been nearly two months, and I have yet to receive the order. Despite, I have not received any resolution.
As per your company’s policies and consumer protection laws, I request an immediate refund of $97.96. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Better Business Bureau and consider other appropriate actions.
Please process my refund as soon as possible. I would appreciate a confirmation of this request and a timeline for when I can expect the refund.

Your first package was unfortunately lost in transit. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and have refunded the price. Please note that the refund may take some time to process.
Upon investigation, we found that the second package was shipped to the delivery address provided in your order. However, it appears that there is a delivery exception.
To resolve this matter, we suggest that you contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777 as soon as possible. They can help you redirect the package to your correct address or hold it for pickup. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we hope you can work with us to resolve this issue.

Searched Google for Black Owned Apparel Companies. Went to their site, selected several items to purchase via a holiday sale they had encouraging the purchase of more items at lower costs. None of the items arrived. No notice if the items would ever arrive. Emails sent to the merchant answered seemingly by auto-reply message. Tracking site suspicious, with no real account for the items are. No notifications of the package arrival time or anything. Waited 1 month for the items to arrive and nothing ever came.
