I was really excited to purchase a store, but unfortunately, I never received it. There is no way to track the progress of your order and they do not respond to emails or chats. They say they do not refund as it is a digital product but they failed to even deliver the product. I sent multiple emails and chats to try to track my order but never got a single response, so I am now submitting a refund claim through PayPal.

DO NOT PURCHASE A WEBSITE FROM THIS SITE!!!! I bought one and fell for their scam and now their Instagram page is now deleted! so many people are saying it takes months. Emailed them and they say no refunds even though they haven't delivered a product they will not cancel my order!
