This company sells things online and give customers such a runaround that they give up pursing what they ordered. I think the only reason I received my order was because I threatened to turn them in for fraud. They delete any negative feedback they receive on Instagram (blackspringsfolkart) and repeatedly ignore peoples e-mails. I went through their Instagram and contacted about 50 people who appeared to be in the same boat as me. I got replies from about 15. Some have been waiting 2 and 3 YEARS for their product. They constantly pitch new products when they don't even fulfill the orders they already have. They create a shipping label but don't actually send it unless you badger them. They have about 27,000 followers on Instagram and claim to have sold over 12,000 pairs of their signature wooden sunglasses, but the number of tagged pics of their work by others is very small. They portray themselves as animal saving, hardworking artisans when they are nothing but con artists. They *technically* fulfilled their order to me but it isn't a quality product like they show and I'm sure the only reason I was sent something was to try and keep me quiet. There are TONS of other people out there that have just given up.
