Read through the description. This person sells Paint that was mixed by Lowe's and adding acetone, glitter and maybe other chemicals. He claims that his paint is copyright and patent protected by US law you can't copyright and patent protect a Paint. He uses other people's addresses to ship out his screen paint to avoid returns.
