Black Rock Legal Services sent a letter saying I owe $456.35 for an account with Advance America over 12 years ago. I know this is fraud because I settled and paid my balance owed in 2012. The company is located in WA the plain white envelope was stamped with the postmark from USPS in Oregon for an account in CA.
