They take your order and bill you card ASAP without sending product. I should have read the Facebook reviews of people who had the same experience. When you check on your order you get the same guy on the phone and he can’t tell anything about your order. Just says to email. When /if you get an email back it’s vague and strings you along as if they are doing something but they don’t. First time o called person could not answer questions about product but referred me to the website for info. I should have known from that. Person on phone was always rude. He assured me they are a large company and they have many warehouses but website says they ship from on warehouse in Glendale Ca. If they were a large company why do I get the same person on the phone each time? Also website says they ship in 24 hours. 2 weeks later they are still stringing me along even tho the website says they have the same amount in stock. The reviews for the products are fake. They all say pretty much the same thing. Wish I would have put all the red flags together and never ordered. Also there survival bag is not reviewed by anyone on the internet or YouTube. You can find almost anything between the two yet there is nothing on them.
