When I try to purchase an item on this website, it takes the credit card info and gives me a message that the credit card is declined even though both credit cards I entered are valid. When I tried to contact the company, the phone number did not work and I did not get a response from email. I'm concerned that it is a scam to get credit card info

They offer items like Fitbit Charge 2 for half price. I called their phone number and got a recording saying this is just a scam to get your credit card number.
