Refund or what I order

2 years ago..ordered Exclusive Sunglasses 70.00 dollars. Never received ...Blackcrown still haven't sent money back or glasses I contacted Blackcrown by email..Response they were short on help..I want my refund

It took 5 months to get my first pair and I haven't received my second which I ordered April 2022 for my daughter's birthday which is in July...they are only hurting legit online businesses I don't want to purchase anything online these days

I ordered over a year ago and like everyone says you get your first order but not the next maybe that’s how they get you but that’s sad it’s a pandemic and people are taking what they can to support a company just for them to STEAL from us it’s a dam shame I hope they helping people in need with the money they took from millions I’m sure usually I’m good with reviews but I was taken back by the price and the quality of the product but now I no everything that GLITTER isn’t GOLD

Refrain from ordering if you want to keep the money you work hard for. FIRST ORDER broke NEVER received a replacement nor refund as promised! SECOND ORDER received so I decided to buy TWO MORE! Still no order or no response from this company! It's been a year and I'm still attempting to contact them! JUST DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!

First order was legit the product came as described after 8 weeks from purchase. Good quality custom piece. I ordered another product May 1, 2022 and tried to follow up with the order via IG and email. No response. From reading these reviews I know now that the 2nd order will not come.

Just sad!

So this was my second time ordering from them. First time was perfect. Don’t know what happened in between. But I ordered a second time for myself and my daughter and I have gotten nothing. At first when I contacted them they said there was a problem with materials, understandable. Then as the weeks went on more apologies but no products. If I could just get my products I would be fine. So sad and disappointed.

I really wish I had done this review before ordering from them! I ordered bamboo earrings and necklace for my daughter birthday! I paid 120.00 I have not heard anything from them my daughter is 14 and we just pierced her ears for the first time and was really looking forward to the UGH! I ordered in March so sad

Ordered a nameplate and never received it

For my birthday I wanted a nameplate and my brothers but together the money to buy it for me I ordered it the 8th of May and I got a confirmation number for paying for it. They said it’s gonna take up to 3 weeks. So then I get an email saying my address is wrong so I paid for the correction, but when I looked at the order my address was correct. So then I try to email them they said it doesn’t exist, there was no number nothing, I can’t even google them, I look on Facebook their not even there. If it’s true that they found a problem with their product and hired more people ok. Give me what I purchased or I want my refund. Plan and simple. But honestly I’d rather have my purchase because my brothers got it for my birthday

I ordered earrings because I received my original order, but I never gotten the next two orders. Just as others reported the email address no longer exists. I went on the site that states 24 hour service and no response. I as well try to patronize my own people and this is what I get. My daughter was looking forward to her earrings and I was too. Sad but please don't under into we get our order done.

Where is my merchandise

I ordered on December 23, 2021, and now it's May 11, 2022 spent $69 on a necklace and earrings. No product or no refund. The email address they give you can't be found. I've emailed them six times from March up until now. SMDH! If I knew it was gonna be like this then I would not have placed an order. The only reason I did another order was because I did not have any problems receiving my first pair of earrings. That's probably why I did get my first pair on time so when or if I chose to shop with them again they would scam me for my money like I got money growing on tree's to give away...

I placed an order on December 3, 2021 and have yet to receive my order. I spend $75.00 and no product or refund. I continuously ask for a refund and being told it is to late to cancel yet can't ship me my items. I am extremely disappointed with this company and the lack of communication is horrible. Place an order end of November by January had received anything so I started emailing with a generic response about their manufacturing company weeks go by still nothing sent another email same generic response so I eventually ask for a refund email sent back they send to their processing team. I’ve sent over 25 emails to BLACK CROWN requesting status on production and my refund. At this point all communications has ceased with BLACK CROWN. NO EARRINGS NO REFUND. Word to anyone ordering PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM TNIS COMPANY! Can you say SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

Keep your money and RUN

I have been trying to get in touch and receive my refund and it has failed. I ordered a bracket from them in Feb and have gotten nothing but the run around. I asked for a refund and they said shortly and it never came! I have been telling EVERYONE about this company and how much of a fraud they are.
