We reached out looking to purchase a puppy. Everything seemed fine until day of delivery. They sent us a text message at 7am saying we needed to purchase pet insurance because the "Phoenix Parliament" required pet companions traveling during COVID to have it. So I called the company line on the website, no answer. I called a second number on the email, guy answers explaining the situation and their credit card machines are down and I need to pay via Zelle to a gmail account. I called the breeder's number and suddenly he's not available.
