Received and email from BitDefender Ultimate Security stating a renewal notice in the amount of $374.95 twice a year. If you need to make changes to your subscription or cancel services, please contact customer support toll free at 888-427-4343. Representatives available Mon-Fri 8AM to 6PM EST. We thank you for your business. This was at the bottom of the email. Call them and he ask me if I was at my computer I replied yes, he told me to open my browser chrome. I refused to do so and then he disconnected.
