Ad came up on Facebook for Action Cameras and storage SD cards, so I ordered on 1/29/18. I never received anything so I emailed to cancel and got a confirmation that they would cancel my order and refund my card, but I never received the refund OR the order. Now the phone number is disconnected and no response to my requests. Website is no longer active.

This company advertised action cameras for Christmas delivery on Facebook. They do not deliver in the time promised. Contacted them via email as they give no phone number. Was told it was out of stock and will ship "soon" for two months. In the meantime, they posted more ads on Facebook that they were IN stock and they were taking orders. After 60 days of non-delivery, I requested a refund, they promised a refund. 30 days from that day, still no refund after two email inquiries, the last one not answered. Ordered on 12/5/17, have not received item ordered OR refund as of 3/7/18, yet still see ads on Facebook that items are in stock and ready to ship. They use a third party shopping website, Shopify, to take the money and not deliver the product and Shopify will do nothing to ensure customers aren't scammed. Right now, there is a construction item on their website, not the cameras.

They offered a knockoff gopro camera, 2 for 1, with accessories for a total of $134. Should of known, too good to be true.
