Crypto.com is using then UpDown Options feature of its platform to scam people. I opened one up and one down position to collect evidence, I have a screen recording in which you can see that my up position shows a BTC price that is $30 lower than the actual BTC price, therefore making me close my position and lose my initial investment $30 before the price reaches the price target at which I lose everything. The same goes for my down position, it shows BTC price is $30 HIGHER than the actual BTC price so that if BTC goes up, they can close positions $30 before it reaches the target price at which positions close and initial investments are lost. In switching back and forth between the up screen and down screen, there was a $60 difference in the price of BTC shown, with the actual price being at the $30 midpoint, but crypto.com closing positions $30 early in both directions. They've also removed my ability to close positions when I am in a favorable position and can close my position at a profit. Once it the trend has changed and I am incurring losses, the functionality returns and am able to close positions at a loss, or more often, its closed automatically because by then its too late and Ive reached my max loss price target because of the change in trend. I complained about all the things that were happening to customer support and they ended my conversation and blocked me from being able to reach them again. I have screenshots, screen recordings, chats, and other records showing how theyre engaging in unfair and illegal practices to scam people, like they did with me,
