Bitcard is a cryptogift card exchange website. The Bitcoin gift cards being sold have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed via Bitcards.com. Customer service has no working phone number. The only method of contact is the one customer service agent by the name of Samantha Yunuel. This website took my money and will not give me answers on how to get a refund from them. They will not answer questions about why the website does not work.
