Failure to follow up on complaints from Bitavan

Hello, I have been complaining about the Bitavan site for several months and I have submitted my documents, but it has not helped. Please, if you can help me and others who have been scammed in this regard.

Cryptocurrency scam

Hello . I was introduced to Bitavan exchange by a group in Discord under the pretext of a reward. After registering on the site, I was asked to deposit some currency to activate my user account, and I did so, but my account was not activated, and again they charged me more money under the pretext of insurance, taxes, etc. And I could only buy and sell inside the site and I could not withdraw any money. And they ask me more money for insurance.
And now I can't withdraw my balance and have to deposit again for crypto insurance.
I am sending you photos of my page in Bitavan Exchange and my balances are visible and cannot be withdrawn.
Please help me.

Hey Mahdi I also fell victim to this scammers they run a fake crypto exchange stop all contact with them and do not pay any fees if they request it's part of the scam.
I was able to get by money back from them through the help of a crypto investigating firm.
File a complaint report to them by scanning the Q.r code below they should be able to help you too.
