placed order online for $105.03, received confirmation email. Track with SHOP app. Money taken for payment. No shipping email received. No tracking information received. The SHOP app states shipped, but tracking information unavailable. I have attempted to call 949-532-0536 # on SHOP app to Bishop and Young, always busy. I've tried for 3 days. Then customer service # on website 310-532-7300 Ext. 104 -have left messages and no one replies. Have sent 4 emails asking for status and tracking, no one replies.
