We here at Birkhaven Lending Group are contacting you regarding the online loan application we have you approved for. Your offer is for $5,000 over 3 years, 10% interest rate and monthly payments of 161.34.
COLLATERAL OPTION:
The title option would represent a clear title to a vehicle, land, mobile home or boat you own that is fully paid off, in your name and valued at $5,000 or more. You would need to sign over your collateral for 1 year. As long as you do not default on your loan we will return the collateral back to you and you will continue to make your monthly payments.
SECURITY DEPOSIT OPTION:
The second option is our down payment option where the lender requires you to put down 4 monthly payments towards your loan totaling $645.36.We do not require you to make the payment today, we allow you some time to come up with the funding but once you make the payment we guarantee that you will receive your loan within 2 - 4 hours.
