Birkenstock [email protected] via shoplineemail.com
and never received any product. When contacted, the above email address stated that it had been delivered. When tracking number RG016688945CN was provided it showed the delivery was made to Puerto Rico (not where I live). I was then told I had to contact the postal service to find my order. I have requested a refund 5 times and have received nothing.
