I ordered some Birkenstock sandals through an online website called "Birkenstock on Sale") Before finalizing my payment info, I noticed that I was given an order number before completing the process which was totally odd. I then decided to cancel my order and the only way to contact customer service was through an email address that was undeliverable. I have had this problem before with another online order under the name of Freshwebi. Turns out both of these companies are the same using false advertisement of quality products such as Birkenstocks and Blunstones but sending you cheap representations of the product. They are coming out of China. A total scam! There is no customer service representative. Their low sale prices hook you so beware! The products are fakes and they are scamming the customer!
