I placed an order with Bird Star Aviary for five hyacinths for 700.00 each and was directed to pay by Moneygram or Western Union. I was suspicious so the owner sent a link to pay by credit card. I then used my Visa Gold card to pay $2655.00 US dollars. That was on June 25, 2020. It was to take one to five business days for for the funds to clear and the owner said that is why we prefer Paypal or Western Union. So, today (June 29), when I tried to reach the owner it was an answering machine and it was for a different company. I am worried I will not receive the birds and I'm going to contact Visa.
