The scammer doesn't contact you through phone calls only via text. After you make a payment the scammer with contact you through email about the parrot eggs being hatched and will ask you for an additional fee. They will ask you to make payments through apps with no contract or receipt. They will use a website called www.softteller.com to send money to their local branch in Cameroon when they are located in California. They also will mention to you that you will need to pay a refundable fee in order to make a delivery.
