I placed on order on 11/24/2022 on this company's website for a gaming chair for a Christmas present. Today, 12/28/2022, I received notice that my local post office had received the package; however, there had been a fraudulent label placed on the package once it reached the United States and I had to pay $6.10 to pick up the package. Which wasn't a gaming chair, but a "1502 World Map Series" fountain pen, which the label from the company itself said was worth $5. So not only did this company scam me out of the item I ordered (to include international shipping), they are adhering fake shipping labels on the packages inside the United States and scamming even more money. I've already demanded a refund from the company, filed a contested charge with my credit card company, and filed a complaint with the FTC. I just want to make sure everyone is aware to NOT do business with this company.
