Impulse buy… with instant regret

I immediately noticed there was no confirmation email… on May 28 I authorized a charge of $6.95 to cover shipping for a cream I saw an ad for on instagram that mentioned Jennifer Aniston … I saw right away a charge on my account for the $6.95 from a “8662002946 Northerngard 8662002946. FL, US” ….So again no email …. but I did get an update from the USPS that a label had been created for me on May 30/31 one of the two it was from Dublin California… so fast forward to a few days ago when an alert came across my phone telling me that a charge for $119 from a Great GC Products had been declined due to the wrong CVV code being used… I was sitting with my family watching tv I knew we hadn’t attempted to purchase anything so I immediately disabled transactions on my debit card … I called my bank ordered a new card .. I’ve been trying to find the Great GC Products online with no luck every since and this is how I found this feed I’m attaching pics

Same. No way to contact. Also I didn't even want the Biovana. I was trying to get the Skinception free trail. I luckily used my PayPal and am currently working with their resolution department. If it doesn't work I guess I'll cancel that but at least they can only get a limited amount and don't have access to my bank account or credit card. The link even takes you to DermaGlo now so I assume they rebranded so they can continue their scheme. The seller that was user for my purchase SLAYTONNINJASALESSTORE isn't even active anymore so I don't see why there is an investigation. Skinception has no record of me either.

I, like the other reviewer, made the mistake of an impulse online purchase of biovana skin cream. I decided I didn’t like the cream during the trial period. Unfortunately, two weeks later I got another shipment and a $115 charge to my cc. I went to the biovana website, clicked around to find the customer service number, and called. What I didn’t realize was that the number took me to a website of the same product under a different name. The customer service person said I had no account on that product and didn’t have my purchase on file. I cancelled my credit card and am hoping for the best now. I feel so stupid.

Received additional product, can't cancel

In a moment of brain fog I ordered a free guaranteed sample of the miracle cream Jennifer Aniston uses. I know, what was I thinking? Two other products were in the order, my bank was debited three times. I could not find any costumer service information on the internet so I contacted my bank and got a phone number (the phone number on the address label is incorrect). I called to cancel but the had no record of an account for me. I did not receive an order verification email and there was no packing slip. After checking my email addresses and not finding an account I was told a manager would call to help me cancel any subscriptions, I have not gotten a call. I did not follow the golden rule, if it sounds to good to be true, it isn't. I cancelled my debit card and hope I have no problems, lesson learned ??‍♀️
