On 2/17/22 I purchased a knee support wrap. It was a great price for a pair. They charged me tax but shipping was free. They said that the transaction was successfully completed, and that I would receive a confirmation email. They told me that I could track my purchase through Shopify.

It has been almost a month since I placed the order. The product was never received but money was taken from my account in the amount of $37.96. I was going to call customer service but when looking for the company phone number I found one that told me my call could not be completed as dialed. I searched further, realizing I had been scammed.

My search took me to a company called Pretty Life. However, after looking at the sight it was actually connected to Shopify. Shopify listed my product but then gave details on how to sell the product online!
