I ordered a product called "GarciniaBioslim" from a website called http://garciniabioslims.com/. once I decided to purchase this product. I was sent 2 other product along with it in which I did not purchase or request. I did not realize that they were going to charged me over $100.00 for a product that they initially expressed was free. When I called customer service, they said that they would not be able to refund me my money for the product and offered me another bottle of the product. I decline there offer and asked if the customer representative could cancel my account. I also requested the name of the customer service representative and he gave me his first name and last initial (Roger S.) he then stated that he could not release the rest of his name to me. I then proceeded to ask for email conformation stating that I would not be charged for this product. He then told me that He would send it at 2:20 pm on 6/30/16 within 5 - 15 minuets and I have not received my email conformation. I then proceeded to ask him if he could send me a conformation to my home address and he declined my request. There have been many other people who have been scammed by this company according to this website : https://www.consumeraffairs.com/nutrition/bioslim.html

Please stop them from scamming anyone else!
