July 14, 2023 - I saw an ad on Facebook for Keto-gummies. It read Legit. You know that saying, "If it's too good to be true, it is"? This is IT. When I ordered my gummies, I opted for the $39.99 (6 bottles - buy 3, get 3 free). After clicking on that option, it took to the next page about colon cleanser, WITHOUT an option to skip, just a NEXT button, never a final price until you submit your order. Once I found out how much it was I emailed them directly - because I couldn't get through to a valid customer service number. After being frustrated that it was so much, I got the first shipment and kept it. One month later, another $239.99 withdrawal was pending in my bank account. My bank couldn't do anything about it until it was withdrawn. But I immediately emailed the company and told them not to ship the product and to give me my money back. Well, they didn't answer right away. When they did, they never said "you can return it but you need an RMW number". So when I got the product, I took it to the USPS office and have pictures to prove it. The company's final email was - since I didn't have an RMW number on the package, as per the contract, all non-RMW packages are destroyed and no refund will be given. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! IF YOU BY CHANCE ORDER THIS PRODUCT, HAVE YOUR BANK CARD CHANGED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT'S A HASSLE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I'M STILL TRYING.
CHANGE YOUR BANK CARD IMMEDIATELY!!!

Last week I was trying to purchase the Keto Gummies. The Ade on Facebook said the gummies were $39.99. There were other options to purchase multiple bottles. I choose the to purchase the ONE bottle for $39.99. I got a call from my banks fraud department asking if I authorized a payment of $239.99 from the company known as Dynamix Medical SU. I said I knew about the purchase but it was suppose to be for $39.99, NOT $239.99. I said I would like them to decline the payment. I thought it was over. The company resubmitted the payment several days later which I did not know about. A week later I received the product in the mail. I checked my account and sure enough they had charged me $239.99. I called the number provided but was not able to get anyone on the phone. I tried the website provided but was taken to several incorrect sites. I am now trying to get a refund through my bank. I mailed the product back. Waiting to hear from anyone at this company. The only way I found this complaint site is by putting in the phone number they provided.

I was looking on website when rush my order started flashing. I ignored a couple of times until finally I took a look. Surprisingly, It was bio pure Keto gummies. Eventually, I reviewed the item and there was three options. $39.99 for three get three free. $49.99 and $59.99 buy 1 get one free. Now this is what shook me. About 30 mins prior I had deposited money into my account in which was after back hours and as I went to check I had this pending charge for $199.99 that looked to be an ATM withdrawal of 199.99. It was Sunday so I was calling bank in am. 8 am that morning I take a look at account again and transaction has an ID and this is when called the bank for a dispute. Now check this, that same morning I get a call from this 888-589-7860 number offering me a deal because they see I did not make a purchase but was viewing their site. Interesting right? Long story short, product arrived and I viewed it and sure enough it was Biopure 5 bottles. I returned and called the company to make them aware and the lady was upset I did not call them first, please. Anyway, yes these are scammers and what they did not realize is I work for law enforcement.. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I saw an ad for Biopure ketogenic gummies which offered three choices for purchase. I chose the minimum to buy. The ad promised one bottle for $59.99 plus one for free. Once I placed my order a confirmation screen appeared giving an “order summary” which stated I purchased 2 bottles for $119 plus two bottles for another product totally $179. Just below was a message saying an email would be sent to me and if the order doesn’t look right, to call a number. I called the number to cancel the order immediately. I was offered 35% off my bill. I asked to cancel again and was told they were unable to cancel but could now offer 50% off my bill and if I didn’t accept, I would be charged the full amount. I was put on hold after I said I would report them. The representative came back on and said the amount would be fully refunded and I would receive an email confirmation. I kept the rep on while I checked the email and I got nothing. He then said it could take 48 hours. I asked for another phone number to call when I didn’t get the promised email. He gave me 888-589-7860 ext 633. This is a scam.
