Pop-up ad on Facebook for weight loss, Keto gummies, as shown on Shark Tank. There were several offers to try this product. I selected the offer for $39.99, and completed the purchase with my visa card. Within a minute I received a notification message from my Visa card, "A charge or hold for $239.99 on July 24, 2023 was placed on my credit card (name of card & last 4 digits have been omitted from this message) at GETBIOPURE8882395826. Std carrier chrges apply." I immediately contacted my credit card company to report the fraud between advertised price, and charged price. The customer service at credit card co. tagged the amount and recommended I contact the company, and credit card company also provided a telephone number to call. I called 1-805-813-4469, received message, referred to 888-239-5826 customer support. I called that 888-239-5826 and was on hold for quite some time. A live person answered, very broken English, but I was able to state my issue, all of a sudden, very bad phone connection, I was told I was breaking up and I could not be heard. I was told I would get a call back to my phone number I was calling from. Some time later I did receive a phone call to my voice mail that I was not reachable; immediately at that, I called back the number that appeared in voicemail. I got a recording, yadda-yadda, then with keypad entry I could leave a message. I left a message, included all info. including Transaction description from my credit card, GetBioPure8882395826 AND REQUESTED this ordered be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY due to the AMOUNT ADVERTISED $39.99 AND THE INCORRECT AMOUNT CHARGED $239.99 charged to my credit card. I also contacted my credit card company again to report what happened when I contacted company BioPure. I filed a "DISPUTE" CLAIM with my credit card company, & I was informed I would receive documents from them to complete and return to finalize my dispute. They will advise if the company refunds the amount. NOW, in today's mail, I have received the product KETO Gummies - damn-it! From that packaging I am going to return the product to the address shown on the shipping label. What a darn mess!!!!! Thank you for allowing me to provide my experience. This is going to hurt a lot of legitimate companies who also advertise through media sites, because it will certainly stop my purchasing.

I thought I purchased keto gummies for weight loss. I never received a confirmation email so I have no address no zip code etc. I then checked my bank statement and it said that there were two charges one for $59.99 and another for 239.99. I contacted my bank. I contacted the company. The company provided me with a UPS tracker number that said the merchandise was delivered into my mailbox and that I had signed up for some sort of special that's why there was an additional charge. I never signed up for an additional special I was even on the phone with the lady talking about the products that she was trying to sell me that I could not take due to a medical condition. The bank decided to investigate and determined that the fake UPS delivery actually happened and is now going ahead with processing the $300 charge. I've noticed that now there are things coming out in email about the Trisha and Garth weight loss gummy product being a scam and here I am now $300 less. I called again today when I got the reversal letter from the bank and the lady at dynamix Medical told me that I did indeed order twice and that my products were delivered and that she couldn't help me. I get the mail delivery tracking and I can tell you on the date that they claim they delivered product to my mailbox I receive no mail that day, not even junk mail. I want to file a complaint so other people like me who have struggled with their weight for their entire life do not get screwed over and lose $300. God only knows what other charges will be coming through in the future even though I did cancel the credit card, the bank told me that often times companies like dynamix Medical keep something open with the Visa corporation and continue to build people for things they never receive.
