Ordered Bionic Gym online, on May 19, 2020, due to sheltering in for Covid19,and wanting to keep in shape. I had previously checked the on-line reviews and articles, and the company seemed to be legitimate. So I ordered it. Company gave a 4 - 6 week timeframe for order to be shipped. I began contacting the company thru their customer service email ([email protected]). After a couple days a response was sent, saying that my order was 'Fulfilled' and sent to be shipped. I never received any indications that my order had been shipped. After a couple of weeks, (August 1, 2020) I contacted them again, and received the same response that I got previously. I paid $668.00 for this product, and I now believe, by the companies actions, that they do not intend to send me my product, and have pocketed my payment. The final straw was that they added a new promotion stating that 'Delivery between Aug 07 - Sunday Aug 09 if you order within 10 hrs and 48 minutes. I have been waiting over 11 weeks.
