I ordered 2 bottle of BioPure Cleanse and 5 bottles of Bio Pure Keto ACV. Because I opened 1 bottle of each, I was requested a requested a refund for 1 bottle of Cleanse and 4 bottle of ACV, they provided an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and said they would refund once they receive the products. They received the products Jun 15, 2023. While I was waiting for this one, another set showed up. I called them with the unopened products and told them I needed to return. They also provided another RMA number, I returned the unopened package and they received this one July 21, 2023.

I have called them every other week - 1 time a month. They continue to tell me they have a system issue and they have submitted my refund but the system isn't working properly.
