The scam is room shocker does not work and there 30 day refund is not worded clearly. I purchased two Room Shocker™ ClO2 Odor Eliminator Quick Release Vapor for a 500 square foot apartment they claim 400 square feet coverage. Two should of been enough they did not work. You have to call to get a refund, the person I spoke with suggested using more of the Room Shocker™ ClO2 Odor Eliminator Quick Release Vapor. So I purchased 4 more Room Shocker™ ClO2 Odor Eliminator Quick Release Vapor. They did not work as claimed. I tried getting a refund for the 4 Room Shocker™ ClO2 Odor Eliminator Quick Release Vapor and was told they can not issue a refund. The scam is in my opinion the product acts as a cover up of orders and may last long enough so the 30 day warranty period expires. They also claim they will give you replacement product within the 30 days.
