On December 30, 2016 we received a call from (202) 770-4978 by Cesar Morales. He stated that there was a package that the post office had not been able to deliver to our address since 2013. This package had a past due balance and now the bill was for six hundred dollars. The current balance was to be paid to BIO (the company) by money order when a package would be delivered by a UPS driver on January 16th. Mr. Morales also said we had to call him when the package was received. Then he told us that we would be receiving a call from the collections office, Ms. Munoz, (305) 424-1389, with more instructions. These calls were made in Spanish.

However, we found this suspicious because we never received a notice from our local post office regarding a failed delivery attempt and would have a go in to pick it up or schedule a date for delivery. So, we looked into this using the Internet and discovered these phone numbers were used, or are being used, to scam people.

Today we have been harassed by phone by three different people. A new number was included (786) 503-0899.

got a call from 786-408-7945 asking why I did not show up in court in Florida due to being sued by a product company for $6000.00 from 2011. Said she works for the government lawyer for a financial office and said I could pay a settlement of $610.00 by May 24th and everything would go away.she then transferred me to the company BIO at phone number 305-424-1389 and said she is sending me papers to me by UPS certified and I need to make a money order for the $610.00 and mail it back and everything will "go away". I don't know what the product is they could not tell me, and I live in Idaho and have no idea what they are talking about.
