I kept seeing Binkish.com Pop Ups all over my Facebook Feed, but I should have researched the company a little more before making a purchase. My sister in law is pregnant with her first baby and I wanted to get her some cute Maternity Tank Tops. I purchased a couple items through PayPal, I thought I was supporting a small business. First Red Flag. Then, I never received a confirmation email. Second Red Flag. It was over a month before I received an email stating that the items I purchased were on back order. Third Red Flag. At this point, I knew that I wasn't getting my items or my money back, but I was going to do what I could anyway. I received another email stating my items were on back order and would be getting my clothes shortly. I cancelled my order and the company was begging me not to. It took 7 emails to cancel my order and get a refund, but as you can imagine the refund never came through. It has been a total of about 3 months with no refund. Buyers beware and learn from my stupid mistake. I included a screen shot of my last attempt to get my money back.

Website advertises discount women's and maternity clothes on social media. I ordered a couple items on May 3rd, their website says things should be shipped with in a week. After two weeks of still no indication that it'd been shipped, I contacted the company. They told me hot items take longer and it'd be about 8 more days before my item could ship. I needed the items before a certain date, so I told them I would like to just cancel my order and get a refund on May 18. My money FOR the order was taken out of my account in a matter of 3 days, and they told me a refund takes 15-25 business days! I have contacted the company numerous times and have got replies promising my refund will come... and they'll "do all they can" to make it come faster, but here now on July 9th (over 2 months later), I have still not received a refund, and more than likely never will. I have now read many reviews, and they have scammed everyone who has ordered from them. They take model/product photos from other real websites and pass them as their own photos and products. This website needs to be shut down!

So I had purchased a few outfits off this website, immediately after I was told from a friends she was waiting 2 months for her things and I had read lots of reviews on how people were never receiving their items. I went back on to the website to cancel my order (no cancel button) as well as no contact number just an email. I had email them as son after no more then 15 mins, that I would like to cancel my order and would like a refund, after numerous emails they finally several days later someone got back to me saying they can not refund my whole order because it’s been more then 24 hours ahahaha but I explained to them i emailed you right away the day of before 24 hours. Any who three weeks later I keep getting the run around about getting my refund I paid 63.54 and they said they can only refund me 54.00 at that point I agreed because I was sick of going back and fourth with them for 3 WEEKS. They told me it will take 6-10 business days it should not take that long to put money back on my account wtf! Well that was a week ago now they won’t answer me at all they won’t return my emails that I emailed them everyday since then!
