I had ordered a maternity dress on 9/17/18 from this website and did not receive anything. On 9/28/18 I was sent an email saying they no longer had my dress style and would let me know when they would restock. They should have posted they were out of stock on their website but failed to do so. On 10/7/18 I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a full refund. They replied saying I could be given credit or I would have to wait 15-20 days for my refund because their process is slow. I have inquired about my refund and get quick responses saying to please be patient. It is 10/30/18 and I still have to received my refund.

The items purchased were never delivered and upon request only I was given a tracking number said to be linked to 4px a Chinese postal service. The number is untraceable in the US but showed "delivery" to a US location no where near my state. When I pressed for further information I was given a customer service contact link which was no good either. When I googled others experience with this site I found similar complaints. This site advertised on FB as a maternity site. They use Paypal which has good standing so I was not hesitant about the process as I clearly should have been. I have email.correspondence between myself and their so called customer service rep "Sandy"if that would be helpful please contact me at [email protected].
