Type of a scam Online Purchase
Just prior to the time, we followed up to confirm but received no response. The three hour window came and went with no form of reciprocal communication. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and looked for alternate ways to contact them. The website is a Facebook page. There are a few other comments there from other ignored customers. I called the number listed and left voicemail asking for return call. I sent orivate message thru the site as well as followed up to the original email. I still have received zero response. From reading similar comments on the site, this appears to be their usual MO. My next step is to try to get my money back via Groupon. I am writing this as a warning to other potential customers. Luckily the amount we lost was small as we wanted to try them out before purchasing the larger package options.
