I ordered a Jersey that my son really wanted, and he found BImatos online for better price. So we ordered the Jersey. The review seems good, and the processing for delivery seems promising (4-10 days processing and shipping time). After several days, I got an email from Bimatos that my order will take 10-20 days. However, the USPS transaction number shows from LA, CA to Jamaica, NY to LA, CA and it all shows awaiting, meaning USPS has no indication that USPS has received the package and no actual mailing date. Also LA, CA is closer to Oregon, why did it go from CA to NY to CA, it seems suspicious and now I am still waiting and no response from Bimatos. In addition, when my credit card was charged, it was under BMT, London ($68.90) but the BImatos address is in NY, and I was also charged foreign transaction fee ($2.07), total transaction is $70.97. After 22nd and 26th days, I emailed Bimatos and requested to cancel and refund our money since it was beyond the promised time (20 days). Bimatos responded that it was not in their control that their supplier and carrier delayed the shipping and they could not refund my money. When I asked Bimatos where the location of their supplier, Bimatos just respond international but no specific location. It has been 32 days since we ordered the Jersey at BImatos on August 6th, and I still have not received the item. Also, USPS has no update for the transaction today. We want our money back. My son is very disappointed because he puts money to buy the Jersey and we have never received the item.
