Looking for inexpensive video equipment for our Church we fell into the fraud of Sport Central. We are out quite a bit of money and as we launch an attempt to recover the money we will also hand this over to the State Attorney General for prosecution.

I ordered Waterpik water flosser on June 20,2020. Paid $39.99 with my credit card, but on credit card statement payment was made to PAYPAL not biluxy. After several days I called the number listed on their website to check on my order, but it was a private residence number.

I sent email to [email protected] but never received a response and never received the product I ordered..

On June 20, 2020, I purchased Waterpik Water Flosser online from https://biluxy.com.
I paid $39.99 with my credit card and received confirmation that the charge will appear on my credit card statement as PAYPAL*LETHINGOCHU.

After having no information about estimated delivery, I called the number listed on Biluxy website 503-654-0123, but the lady who answered the phone told me that it was a private number and has nothing to do with Biluxy.

I found out from my credit card that the payment is being made to Le Thi Ngoc Huyen via PAYPAL.
My Paypal account does not show any transaction.
I sent email to Le Thi Ngoc Huyen [email protected] but have not received any response.

I am afraid that the whole transaction is a scam. I do not think this order was ever going to be shipped.

I ordered a Keurig coffeemaker, paid via PayPal, received a prompt email receipt. A few days later, after no further communication regarding shipping / tracking info, I attempted to log back into my account, via the username and password that I had setup. Unfortunately, my email was no longer recognized-- neither to login, nor to reset password. That's when I realized this was probably a fraudulent website. Do NOT give Biluxy any money! They will most certainly rob you, then ghost you! FRAUDULENT!

This website advertises home appliances for sale. It previously stated that it was backed by BBB. I paid for Joy-Con (L/R) Wireless Controllers for Nintendo Switch on their website but never received the item after waiting two business weeks. The telephone number provided is fake. I receive no responses from my email inquires. This transaction was completed through PayPal, which was also notified. This fraudulent operation has a bill invoice to "Dang Thi Tuyet Linh".

This website advertises home appliances for sale. It previously stated that it was backed by BBB. Bose speaker was paid for, but never received. Telephone number provided is fake. No response to email inquiries. This transaction was completed through PayPal, who has also been notified. This fraudulent operation seems to be operated out of Vietnam, bill invoice to "Nguyen Quoc Huy".

I purchased a scooter on biluxy.com website. I waited well past the 3-5 business days then started emailing them in regards to the issue. No response each time I emailed so I called them and I too got a recording about it being a residential phone number not biluxy. I went to my financial institution to complete fraud paperwork and disbuted the charge. I had to wait 15 days per the fraud rules. It sounded like the same rule applies everywhere not just my financial institution. I actually had this happen for another item on another website. One of the fraudulent websites mentioned PayPal being used. It was suggested contacting them as well to try to get their website shut down. I don't understand why it's still up and running as of 12/27/19. Don't shop on this website, it only causes more problems for you. I was fortunate to get my money back within 24 hours.

Website search of Shark Navigator Freestyle vacuum cleaner produced their website. It offered the product I was looking for at a good price. I used paypal to purchase and have since filed a claim with through them. I never received shipping information and was unable to contact them! Beware! Website looked very official! I became suspicious when I saw that my payment went to Hoang Hoai Nam!
