I purchased a 30 day service but end up canceling within that same hour because I changed my mind about the program.I just felt like something did'nt seem right and plus the company appeared to be money hungry.So far I've been given the round around about my refund.I was told to put it in writing,which I did about 3-4 times in a email and I just keep getting the same message and no refund.On the website it states that you can receive a refund,so I don't understand what the hold up is.
