I received a letter in the mail with a check for $3750 made out to me from Brock White Co., 1st Bank of Montana.

It said that I had won 2nd place in the Ethiopian African USA Sweepstakes. I spoke to Michael Dickey who said that I had won $250,000 and all I needed to do was to cash the check and then forward $3400 as a processing fee & the money would be delivered to me. He started cursing at me when I said this was a scam and asked if he was from India.

My brother-in law, in Seminole, Texas, received this communication and check from a company named Billtrust.

I am making you aware of this scam.
